Notice is hereby given that Board of Education of Provo City School District, 280 West 940 North, Provo, Utah 84604 will receive sealed Bid Proposals at the Provo City School District Offices (801) 374-4800 on or before 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 15, 2021, for the following project:
Provo City School District Provo Peaks Elementary School Reroof 665 East Center StreetProvo, UT 84606
Plans and specifications will be available on the Provo City School District web-site Thursday, May 27, 2021.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2021.The Pre-Bid Conference will adhere to the following schedule:

An Addendum, issued as needed, will be available by 5:00 p.m., Monday, June 7, 2021
Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Contract Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents as prepared by Curtis Miner Architecture. Any questions during the bidding phase must be directed to Curtis Miner Architecture, attention Curtis Livingston (CurtisL@cmautah.com). All bids must include a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed bid made payable to Provo City School District. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Materials Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract price.
The Board reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all Proposals, or waive any informality in a Proposal.
