Engaging with politicians through emails is one thing; visiting the Capitol Building and presenting...
We love having the opportunity to explore the district and meet the incredible teachers, ESPs, and administrators who make this district wonderful. Today we get to celebrate Heather Williams.
Williams, the Choir Teacher at Centennial Middle School, received the Provo Way award in April 2024. Williams is an inspiring director who uplifts her pupils and brings out the best in each student.
“She expects excellence, chooses high-quality music, and believes in your ability to learn the music,” says Esther Reid, an involved parent at Centennial. “She helps raise you to the level that you can produce. I feel like it makes the school a better place.”
Thank you so much for all you do for Provo, Heather. We need people like you in our schools and with our students and staff. You help the educators around you elevate the quality of education for the students you serve. We hope to bring the same level of passion to our work that Heather does every day. Thank you.
