As of February 26, 2024, significant strides have been made in the ongoing renovation and construction efforts at Timpview High School Phase 3 and Shoreline Middle School, bringing both projects closer to completion.
At Timpview High School, the demolition and haul-off of the Old Academic Wing is progressing steadily and remaining on track, set for completion by April 2024. Notably, work to repair the existing administrative interior following flooding has been mostly completed and the Timpview administration will soon be moving back into the office.
Bleacher and concession buildings are projected to be completed by June 2024, followed by the Pavilion in July 2024. Additional projects, including the westside parking and parent drop-off, are slated to be finalized by December 2024, with the softball field scheduled for completion in February 2025.
Meanwhile, at Shoreline Middle School, band and choir rooms are complete; painting and carpeting are complete. Exterior windows continue to be installed. Additionally, the paving of new exterior basketball courts is completed and hoops are poised for installation.
