Request for Information: Strategic Planning Services

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI), is to identify entities that are interested and can provide professional service(s) to assist the Provo City School District School Board with strategic planning services.  

We are a K12 public educational entity located in Provo, UT.  We provided educational opportunities/experiences for 13,600 + K-12 students.

Please provide the following information as part of your response:

• Short description of your qualifications

Please include a portfolio of no less than two strategic plans you have performed for a K-12 institution.

A sample or two, excluding fees/cost, of like strategic plan(s) provided to a k12 public school district.
