Policy No. 7315 Complaints Regarding Staff or Programs

Community members with complaints regarding staff or programs should seek to resolve the concern by informal discussions with the individual(s) directly involved in the matter. The discussions may occur at the building level or at the district department level (transportation, child nutrition, etc.) If the complaint is regarding the individual responsible for the matter, staff complaints may be forwarded to the Executive Director of Human Resources and program issues may be forwarded to the Executive Director of Student Services.

If the complaint remains unresolved, further action consistent with district procedures may be taken by the community member to resolve the issue.

The Board directs the superintendent to develop procedures for the implementation of this policy.
