No outside individual, organization or group shall use the Provo City School District name, logo, designation or insignia without the express written permission of the superintendent of Provo City School District. Additionally, no outside individual, organization or group shall use the name, designation or insignia of any school within Provo City School District without the express written permission of the principal of the school in coordination with district officials.

Upon receiving written approval, all written material of a non-Provo City School District individual, organization or group listing or using, in any capacity, the name of Provo City School District or an individual school name, must contain a disclosure statement indicating that the individual, organization or group does not act on behalf of Provo City School District or any individual school.
