Policy No. 3405 Nursing Services
Provo City School District accepts, as a basic responsibility, protecting the wellbeing of school children and providing a program of health education that promotes healthy habits and concepts through health and nursing services. In the discharge of this responsibility, procedures are established which will ensure the appropriate and orderly management of school nursing services.
The Board directs the Superintendent to develop procedures which will determine which nursing services are offered and which will ensure the health of children present in school.
