A District Assessment Plan will be developed, published, and reviewed/revised annually as needed. This plan will serve as an internal guide for alignment with state laws and policies regarding assessment, including test security, proctor training, ethics, etc.

A copy of the District Assessment Plan may be obtained by contacting the Provo City School District Teaching and Learning Department.
