Superintendent Search Community Input Survey

The Provo City School District Board of Education recently completed three public input meetings to solicit community input as it works to hire a new superintendent. If you were unable to attend one of the meetings, we want to provide an opportunity for you to complete the survey that was presented at the meetings.  

Please use the included link to complete the survey.  The survey will remain open until Monday, February 13 at 11:59 p.m.
