Earlier this month, Timpview High School celebrated their annual culture assembly.
This assembly is a part of the school’s culture week, which is when the school participates in activities and events to celebrate different cultures around the world. In the culture assembly, several students showcased their talents as they demonstrated traditional dance and song from different cultures.
The acts included everything from a traditional Mexican dance, a performance from the Brazilian club, a group of students dancing to Korean Pop and much more. The Timpview student body had a positive response to these performances and it was a great opportunity for students to come together to celebrate cultures from around the world.
