Survey for New Middle School’s Name, Colors, and Mascot

The Provo City School District Board of Education is working to determine the name, mascot and colors of the new middle school that will be built near Footprinters Park. The board recognizes the importance of the Dixon name to the Dixon neighborhood. For this reason, the name will not move with the school. Please take a few minutes to complete the following questions to provide suggestions for the name, mascot and colors to be used at the new middle school. This questionnaire will remain open until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, February 6. Suggestions will be presented to the school board at the February 8 school board meeting. The board will then select the top options to be presented to the community for feedback in a second survey. Thank you.

La Junta de Educación del Distrito Escolar de la Ciudad de Provo está trabajando para determinar el nombre, la mascota y los colores de la nueva escuela intermedia que se construirá cerca de Footprinters Park. La junta reconoce la importancia del nombre Dixon para el vecindario de Dixon. Por esta razón, el nombre no se moverá con la escuela. Tómese unos minutos para completar el siguiente cuestionario y brindar sugerencias sobre el nombre, la mascota y los colores que se utilizarán en la nueva escuela intermedia.
