Students Recognized at Annual Reflections Night

Recently, a few select students from our district were honored in the annual Region 10 PTA Reflections Awards Night.

Each year, students around the district are challenged to reflect on a specific theme and create various works of art such as dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography, 3D art and visual arts. This year’s theme was “Within Reach”.

The students selected were honored at the awards ceremony last week, along with the selected students from Nebo School District. The students from Provo City School District included the following:

Dance Choreography

  • Macie Gunnell – Timpview High
  • Piper Fiorucci – Amelia Earhart Elementary
  • Ella Grover – Provo Peaks Elementary

Film Production

  • Caleb Cox – Timpanogos Elementary

Literature

  • Rebekah Orme – Provo High

Music Composition

  • Siena Rosborough – Rock Canyon Elementary, Provo
  • Jackson Martin – Amelia Earhart Elementary, Provo

Photography

  • Eva Fellars – Provost Elementary

3-Dimensional Art

  • Mathew Grover – Timpview High
  • Nadia Luke – Rock Canyon Elementary

Visual Art (2D)

  • Shuyang Chen – Centennial Middle
  • Julie Kim – Canyon Crest Elementary
  • Kai Jo – Lakeview Elementary
