Utah’s STEM Action Center heard about and published their monthly newsletter about the hands-on, real world experiences Westridge Elementary School students had by building water filters to clean Utah Lake water.

The STEM Action Center’s mission is to be Utah’s leader in promoting science, technology, engineering and math through best practices in education to ensure connection with industry and Utah’s long-term economic prosperity.
