On June 1st of each year, Provo City School District will destroy special education records of students five years after they graduate from high school or age out from required services, or are declassified. Upon presentation of proper identification, an individual’s records will be released only to him/her until that date. For more information or to request your records, please contact the Special Education offices at (801) 374-4934.
