“One of Judy’s greatest strengths is her ability to keep calm and patient at all times, even when things can be stressful or situations can be, you know, high pressure,” said Sara Parrish, Provo City School District’s DLI & World Language Curriculum Specialist.
Sara is talking about Judy Rose, the District Elementary Director of Teaching and Learning, who received the Provo Way Award through Sara’s nomination.
Through monthly Provo Way awards, the Provo City School District and Board of Education aim to highlight and celebrate the positive impact that students, teachers, administrators, parents, and staff have on our community.
As mentioned, Judy is our district’s anchor of stability and support, renowned for her calm demeanor and ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully, as Parrish noted in her nomination. To quote:
“She always fosters this environment where people feel heard, respected, and supported. Her steady presence and thoughtful approach have had a very positive impact.”
Congratulations, Judy, on this well-deserved award.
