The Provo City School District and Board of Education awarded five Provo Way awards in August.
The Provo Way award is an opportunity for the district to celebrate the positive things students, teachers, administrators, parents, and staff do for the community.
This week, we’d like to celebrate and congratulate Wasatch Elementary’s Coty Arns for fostering a healthy and nurturing atmosphere.
To paraphrase her nomination letter, Coty makes everyone feel welcome at school. She cares about the kids and prepares the food correctly, ensuring the food looks delicious. Kids can be picky, so Coty tries her best to make our food appetizing for them. She also works hard to keep the kitchen clean.
Coty also remembers our birthdays and special occasions. She shows her appreciation for the work that we all do, and she makes it a pleasure to come to work.
Thank you, and congratulations, Coty Arns.
