Principal Changes Announced

Superintendent Keith Rittel has announced a reorganization of some elementary school principal positions for next school year.  The changes, which take affect on July 1,  include:

Gaye Gibbs has been named the principal at Wasatch Elementary School, replacing Rene Cunningham.  Gaye is currently the principal at Edgemont Elementary School.

Harmony Kartchner has been named the principal at Edgemont Elementary School, replacing Gaye Gibbs.  Harmony is currently the facilitator at Edgemont.

Rene Cunningham has been named as principal at Canyon Crest Elementary School, replacing Darren Johnson.  Rene is currently the principal at Wasatch Elementary School.

Darren Johnson, the current principal at Canyon Crest Elementary School, has accepted a new position within the Student Services Department for the district.
