Provo City School District seeks to facilitate positive and productive interactions between school administrators and the media. Accordingly, procedures have been developed to determine the efficient and orderly processing of media inquiries. Provo City School District also recognizes the importance of ensuring student privacy and safety regarding media coverage. As such, guidelines are established to regulate media access to students and to ensure student safety in these matters.

The Board directs the Superintendent or designee to develop procedures that will continue to facilitate positive interaction with media representatives and ensure that student privacy is protected.
