Policy 6630 Bus Route Selection
The Director of Transportation, with input from the Driver’s Advisory Committee, will develop processes to determine route assignments for bus drivers. Each year the drivers will have an opportunity to participate in the process to improve their route assignment. All bus routes will be assigned by the Route Coordinator based on the driver’s score in the selection process, and based on department need. All bus route assignments will be approved by the Director of Transportation.
Periodically, the superintendent will be updated on pertinent changes to bus routes.
