Policy 6510 Staff Safety

The School Board believes that our employees are our most valuable resource and that protection of employee safety and health is essential to achieving the district’s objectives. Therefore, the Board authorizes the Superintendent to develop and enforce a Hazard Communication Program and other safety and health procedures as required to ensure the district remains in full compliance with applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations, including but not limited to, Department of Occupational Safety and Health rules.
