PCSD High School Students Benefit from Local Festival

Both Provo High and Timpview High culinary programs will benefit from the upcoming dessert festival: “One Sweet Festival”.

This festival will be held this Friday, September 6th from 6-10pm at The Startup Building in Provo, Utah. The festival will include live music, a pie eating contest, giveaways, crazy sock competition, and lots of sweets! PCSD culinary students will be featured in the festival by creating cookies that will be featured in the cookie taste-off competition.

To enter the festival, it is a $2 general admission charge. However, there is a $5 deal for families. If you would like to be a judge in the cookie taste-off competition, you pay $14.00, which includes your entrance fee (you can register online prior to the festival). The proceeds of this festival will go back to the Timpview and Provo High culinary programs.
