Notice to Contractors – Centennial and Franklin Re-Roofing Project

Revised and Extended Bidding Schedule:

New Bid Date – The Bid Due Date has been extended for this project as follows:

  • Original Bid Date -June 29, 2023 @ 2:00 PM
  • New Bid Date – July 13, 2023 @ 2:00 PM

Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Walkthrough – A Non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held on July 6th, 2023. This walkthrough will be held per the schedule outlined below:         

  • Franklin Middle School 
    • Start time:  1:00 PM
    • End time:  1:45 PM
    • 350 S 600 W, Provo, UT 84601
  • Centennial Middle School
    • Start time:  2:00 PM
    • End time:  2:45 PM
    • 305 E 2320 N, Provo, UT 84604

Franklin Re-Roofing Project

Notice is hereby given that Board of Education of Provo City School District, 280 West 940 North, Provo, Utah 84604 will receive sealed Bid Proposals at the Provo City School District Offices Attn:Tina Fluehe on or before 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 29, 2023, for the following project: 

  • Provo City School District 
  • Franklin Elementary School Reroof 
  • 350 South 600 West 
  • Provo, UT 84601 

Plans and specifications will be available through this dropbox link on Friday June 16th, 2023.  

An Addendum, issued as needed, will be available by 5:00 p.m., Monday June 26, 2023 

Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Contract Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents as prepared by CORE Architecture. Any questions during the bidding phase must be directed to CORE Architecture, attention Curtis Livingston (CurtisL@corearch.com) & Kyle Mendoza (Kylem@corearch.com) . All bids must include a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed bid made payable to Provo City School District. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Materials Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract price. 

The Board reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all Proposals, or waive any informality in a Proposal.
