Intent to Participate Deadline

Carriers must submit their intent to participate no later than January 31, 2024 11:59 pm MST to USI.

Initial Proposal Deadline

Proposals submitted in response to the Request for Proposals in this advertisement must be received by USI no later than Monday February 5, 2024 11:59 pm MST. Late proposals will not be considered. Hand delivered, mailed and/or faxed proposals will not be considered.
