New Middle School Name & Mascot Survey

The Provo City School District Board of Education has now selected four school name finalists and four school mascot finalists from the previous questionnaire. As discussed at the February 8 board meeting, colors will be selected once the name and mascot have been determined. The color suggestions from the previous questionnaire will be strongly considered in this process. This survey is the opportunity for community members to vote on their preferred name and mascot from the list of finalists. Please take a few minutes to complete the following questions to provide suggestions for the name and mascot of the new middle school. This survey will remain open until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 23. Results will be presented to the school board at the February 25 school board meeting. Please note that the results of vote are not binding but will factor strongly into the board’s decision. Thank you.

La Junta de Educación del Distrito Escolar de la Ciudad de Provo ahora ha seleccionado cuatro finalistas de nombre de escuela y cuatro finalistas de mascota escolar del cuestionario anterior. Como se discutió en la reunión de la junta del 8 de febrero, los colores se seleccionarán una vez que se hayan determinado el nombre y la mascota. Las sugerencias de color del cuestionario anterior se tendrán muy en cuenta en este proceso. Esta encuesta es la oportunidad para que los miembros de la comunidad voten por su nombre y mascota preferidos de la lista de finalistas.
