Daily Herald Highlights Kahissa Corniel as Utah Valley Student of the Week

Provo City School District wants to congratulate Kahissa Corniel for receiving the Utah Valley Student of the Week on September 24, 2017. Kahissa is a first grader at Franklin Elementary School who works hard in school. She is positive and fun to be around and we are thrilled she is a part of our school district.
