New Provost Elementary Principal Announced

Tricia Biggs has been hired as the new principal at Provost Elementary School. Her start date will be July 31.  Tricia replaces Kami Alvarez, who was recently named as the principal at Provo High School.

Tricia is currently the Assistant Principal at Edison Elementary in Salt Lake City School District. Prior to working in Salt Lake, Tricia worked in Provo City School District as an elementary school teacher and later as the Facilitator at Provo Peaks Elementary.

Tricia graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education. She completed a Master’s in Reading Education from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Brigham Young University.
