Just before the end of the school year, incoming Superintendent Wendy Dau visited several of our schools, where students, teachers, faculty, and parents had a chance to ask questions and learn more about her. We recorded these conversations and will share them for the next few months in the hopes you’ll get to know Wendy on a more personal level.
Wendy spoke with Timpview High Student Government Representative and District Communications Intern Sanjay Moorthy in this installment. Sanjay’s asked Wendy to share her educational philosophy and her plan to apply her philosophy to benefit the district.
Wendy shared that she believes we must develop relevant, tailored coursework for students and that all schools should be safe, inclusive spaces for families and staff.
Look for more videos with Sanjay Moorthy and others soon.
