The Provo City Library is helping people learn new skills!
“Even though our doors are closed, we’re still committed to helping you learn and grow,” stated a recent Provo City Library article.
“Our librarians have been hard to comb through resources to create curated guides that hone in on specific skills or hobbies. We’re calling them Let’s Learn guides, and right now they’re the perfect way to start up a new hobby or learn something new.”
“So get out that guitar; unpack those paints; pull out your LEGOs and create a quarantine masterpiece.”
You can get access to the Let’s Learn Guides using the link below. Although there are a few non-library resources like YouTube in these series, you will need an active library card to access most tutorials. If your card has expired or you are experiencing other issues, call the library Monday-Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and we’ll get you up and running.
There are, however, lists of activities in each guide. Each is just a list of fun and often interactive ways to explore your new skills, and only require your brain and enthusiasm to get started.
