This year the Provo City School District Foundation would like your support on Giving Tuesday as they raise funds for the principals’ pantries in our district.
Provo has the highest percentage of low-income students in Utah Valley. As the economic effects of the Covid-19 pandemic have increased, the need to support these most highly impacted students has also increased. If a student doesn’t know where their next meal is coming from, how can they be expected to sit through class and learn? That is why each principal from Provo City School District (PCSD) keeps a pantry of basic items for students’ needs. As a Foundation, we actively work to support the needs of these students by helping our principals fund these pantries. On this Giving Tuesday, please take a minute to donate to support these children.
