Free App Making School Libraries Available to Students During Summer

Children in the Provo City School District will have access to a wide range of Ebooks and Audiobooks through a free new app called SORA.

SORA is an online library that allows children to check out electronic books and other digital media. Over the summer students will have access to the titles in their school’s library in a way that is easy and accessible to everyone.

In addition to giving students access to their school’s libraries, SORA offers a host of features to use while reading. Users can change languages, take notes, raise and lower the font, and many other things that help increase the accessibility of the books they are reading.

Una aplicación gratuita pone las bibliotecas escolares a disposición de los estudiantes durante el verano

Los niños del distrito escolar de la ciudad de Provo tendrán acceso a varios libros electrónicos y audiolibros a través de una nueva aplicación llamada SORA. 

SORA es una biblioteca electrónica que permite a los niños sacar libros y otros medios digitalmente. Durante el verano, los estudiantes pueden tener acceso a los títulos de la biblioteca de su escuela de una manera fácil y accesible para todos. 

SORA tambien ofrece una gran cantidad de funciones para utilizar mientras leen. Pueden cambiar de idioma, tomar notas, subir y bajar el tipo de letra y muchas otras cosas que ayudan a aumentar la accesibilidad de los libros que están leyendo.
