Provo City School District 2023 Spring Break Closure: April 3rd-7th
March 27th, 2023
Attention Provo City School District families and students, It's time to put away those pencils...
This month is Career and Technical Education month, and we’re celebrating teachers, students, and programs in CTE through reels, articles, stories, and reposts from last year.
In this post, we want to spotlight a deserving CTE student recommended by a teacher. We congratulate Kevin Frica, a Business and Marketing student. Here’s a quote from Chris Eady, Provo High School Business and Marketing Teacher:
“Kevin is present and eager to get involved in hands-on learning. He shows creativity in his Digital Media 1 and 2 classes and is also a great student in Business Office Specialist, Marketing 1, and Economics. He regularly participates in extracurricular activities. Kevin is pleasant and always assumes the best of fellow students, teachers, and others. He’s a good friend to anyone who sits by him in class and his teacher. I really enjoy his fun-loving and kind temperament.
“What a great guy!”
Thank you, Kevin, for being an outstanding student, and we’re excited for you to grow your unique talents through CTE.
We have over 6400 enrollments in Career and Technical Education classes, allowing students to grow unique talents while learning real-world, lifelong trade skills in areas such as:
