Testing is available for all residents regardless of having symptoms of COVID-19.

• Insurance is not required, testing will be provided regardless, please bring insurance info if you have insurance
• No picture ID is required
• Children under age two would need to be seen by provider
• For the quickest experience, we recommend calling the Intermountain COVID-19 Hotline at 844.442.5224 before arriving.
