Below Bench Pickup May Be Needed

Due to quick change in weather and quickly accumulating snow, some below bench pickup may be needed this morning to ensure the students on our buses will be safe.  Buses will be attempting to make it to normal stops.  However, if you do not see the bus, please take students to the below bench pickup location nearest to your normal stop.  So far, Bus 36 and Bus 004 have needed to switch to below bench pickup. This may effect the Southeast Bench, Northeast Bench, Oak Hills and Sherwood Hills neighborhoods.  The below bench pickup areas are as follows:

Southeast Bench

2301 S State Street (UTA stop) 2051 S State Street (UTA stop) Nevada & Slate Canyon Dr. (Below Spring Creek)

Oak Hills, Sherwood Hills, Northeast Bench

820 N 1200 E (NW Corner) 2276 N Temple View Dr. Timpview bus loading zone (NE corner)

Foothill Drive & 650 East

Please have your student(s) picked up at the below bench pickup location nearest to their regular bus stop.  

As always, schools will work with parents on attendance/tardy issues related to weather if parents believe conditions in your own neighborhood might cause their student to be late for school.

We encourage caution in driving and heightened awareness for students walking to school.
