Provo CAPS

The Provo CAPS program (Center for Advanced Professional Studies) is a unique opportunity for students to gain real-world experience in various career fields. From medicine to engineering, media to business, there’s something for everyone in this program. Students in the program work with industry professionals, gain valuable skills and build their resumes – all while still in high school.

 Projects are in the following areas:

  • Business, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship
  • Digital Design and Software Development
  • Engineering and Industrial Design
  • Medicine and Health Science

Transportation is provided for students participating in Provo CAPS. CAPS is a semester-long course that takes two class periods (currently periods 3A and 4A). Students can apply for Provo CAPS here and start their hands-on learning now.

Internships

Ready to make the leap and start thinking critically and start enjoying some real-life career experience? Check out an Internship where you’ll work with an on-site mentor and learn about the day-to-day activities of your chosen profession. We have an internship opportunity for every interest, so apply now.

An Internship is a semester-long course that takes one period in a student’s schedule. 

(Students are required to provide their own transportation to the internship site.)
