Happy Star Wars Day!

Today is a very special day for fans of Star Wars. May the 4th is widely known to Star Wars fans as the day to say, “May the Fourth Be With You,” which is a variant of the famous quote, “May the Force be with you.” The day has become known as an unofficial holiday for fans of all ages and even those from galaxies far, far away to celebrate all things Star Wars.

The force was strong at our schools and all throughout our district today, as some dressed up in their best Star Wars attire. We hope you all join in on the fun and embrace this fun day meant for the inner kid in all of us.

Hoy es un día muy especial para los fans de Star Wars. El 4 de mayo es ampliamente conocido por los fans de Star Wars como el día en el que se dice ” May the Fourth Be With You”, que es una variante de la famosa cita “May the Force be with you”. Este día se ha convertido en una festividad informal para que los fans de cualquier edad, e incluso los de galaxias muy, muy lejanas, celebren todo lo relacionado con Star Wars.

La fuerza fue fuerte en nuestras escuelas y en todo el distrito hoy, ya que unos se vistieron con sus mejores trajes de Star Wars. Esperamos que todos puedan participar en la diversión y que aprovechen este día de diversión para el niño interior que todos llevamos dentro.
