PBIS Coaches are longstanding educators who hold data and progress and the emotional needs of students and staff in equal measure. They are leaders who know education inside and out—backward and forward—and are change makers focused on uplifting and enriching others to meet goals.
As the lead PBIS Coach, Kendra Davis is all this in spades. Nominated by Clint Smith, eSchool Principal, and praised by Carrie Rawlins, Assistant Director of Student Services, Kendra is a classroom leader and behind the scenes; she uplifts in every capacity. “Kendra Davis is the leader of all of the PBIS coaches, and she’s been fantastic,” Rawlins noted.
“Her schools love and adore her. She’s at Franklin and Timpanogos, and they rave about her and how great she is helping with all of the teachers—in the classroom, the management there—but also just the individual students she helps. It’s been fantastic.”
