We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Season of Service Thanksgiving Dinner event hosted by the Larry H. Miller Company. This annual gathering is a beacon of hope, providing thousands of meals to individuals and families experiencing homelessness and food insecurity in our community.
The event aims to serve a heartwarming Thanksgiving dinner to our neighbors experiencing food insecurity. However, it extends far beyond just a meal– It’s a family-oriented occasion suitable for family members of all ages. In addition to the delicious feast, the event has partnered with several community service providers to offer essential services such as medical check-ups, dental care, and haircuts. It’s a wonderful opportunity for families in need to access these critical services and enjoy a warm meal together.
Your participation and support can make a significant difference. By spreading the word among your students, families, clients, and community members, we can ensure that those who could benefit most are aware of this special event. We encourage you to use the attached PDF flyer to share through your communication channels and social media platforms. If needed, we are happy to print and deliver flyers and posters to your location to assist in reaching a wider audience.
There is a limited number of limited-use bus passes available on a first-come, first-serve basis. These can be delivered along with flyers and posters to your location.
Again, please note that while the event offers a free Thanksgiving meal, it also provides various essential services such as medical check-ups, dental care, and haircuts, making it more than just a culinary experience. We encourage you to spread the word on your communication boards and networks to ensure that those who may need these additional services are aware of this opportunity.
Your support and involvement in sharing this information are immensely appreciated. Together, we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our community members in need.
Download and print or share the Flyer.
