Provost Elementary’s sixth-grade class brought the whole world to Provo, Utah.
The students chose a country, did some research, made a poster board, and some even brought food to share at the fair.
When choosing a country, students were inspired by their ancestry, family, travel experiences, and their favorite shows/characters.
“A big focus for them this year has been research,” said sixth-grade teacher Bill Sprunger, “We reviewed what makes a reliable source. The children were able to create a website using this information in HTML format.”
Fun facts about different countries, cool artifacts, and delicious treats made the sixth-grade Provost World Fair a great success.
