Job brief
RevRoad is offering internship opportunities in all business service departments. These roles will be responsible for performing a wide variety of service support activities within each department. As an intern, you will follow the direction of the appropriate department leader. You will be responsible for daily tasks as assigned by the various department teams.
We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, team players with good judgment and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities. You should be well-organized and possess a positive can-do attitude. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are vital in this role, as our success depends on a fantastic experience through our service deliveries. Duties and Responsibilities
Core duties and responsibilities include the following and are specific to each department; other duties may be assigned.
- Development/Engineering
- Programming ability
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Discover and fix errors in code
- Finance/Capital
- Competency in Excel, Quickbooks, other office systems
- Sound understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts, research methods, and design, including the ability to estimate accurately
- Marketing/Video
- Video production methodology
- Graphic design
- Social media marketing
- Website design
- Sales
- Attending local networking events
- Identifying target markets and cold calling
- Building sales materials and processes
- Legal
- Paralegal activities
- Writing and reviewing contracts
- Working on corporate structure, cap tables, corporate board management
- Strategy/Systems
- Developing market strategies and research
- Conducting problem-solution interviews
- Following standard procedures to implement business systems in various companies
- Mentors/Talent
- Networking with potential mentors
- Matching potential mentor candidates with various companies
- Researching candidates for positions for which various companies are hiring
Competencies

- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, Slack, Asana
