At the Board Meeting on Tuesday night, the Board of Education approved the purchase of TimpBounous Kiwanis Park from the City of Provo. As part of the purchase, Provo City School District provided a Statement of Intent to the City. This Statement of Intent is not a contract nor is it intended to be legally binding. It is a good faith statement of the District’s current plan regarding use of the park and is now posted on the district website and social media.
