On February 11th, several of our students participated in the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) Regional Competition held at Brigham Young University.
FCCLA is a nationwide organization that provides career preparation opportunities for students in Family and Consumer Sciences.
At the beginning on the school year, students were able to choose a topic, and work in teams to create a presentation in preparation for this competition. Each student did a wonderful job and represented Provo well.
Many of our students received ribbons and will be advancing to State competitions. The FCCLA state competition will take place from March 26-27 in Layton at the Davis Convention Center.
Congratulations to all of the students who participated and we wish you good luck as you continue on to state!
