2021 Dual Language Immersion Program

Dear Parents,

All students currently enrolled in kindergarten are invited to apply to participate in Provo City School District’s dual language immersion program. Five of Provo’s elementary schools offer immersion in Chinese, French, Portuguese, or Spanish.

Parents who wish to enroll their child in the program must apply online at provo.edu between December 1st and February 19th. This application must be submitted online even if the student has siblings already in the program. Students who live outside of the boundary of their desired school should also complete the Open Enrollment portion of the application if it has not been done before.

We will not hold informational meetings this year. Check out the Powtoon Video for more information or contact the schools for specific questions. You can always reach out to the Student Services office for questions about the application process.

Estimados Padres de Familia,

Todos los estudiantes que estén actualmente inscritos en Kindergarten están invitados a participar en el programa de Lenguaje de Doble Inmersión del Distrito Escolar de la Ciudad de Provo. Cinco de las escuelas primarias de Provo ofrecen los idiomas chino, francés, portugués o español.

Los padres que deseen inscribir a sus hijos en el programa deberán aplicar en línea a través del sitio web provo.edu entre el 1 de diciembre y el 19 de febrero. Esta solicitud deberá ser llenada, incluso si el estudiante tiene hermanos que ya están dentro del programa. Los estudiantes que vivan fuera del límite de la escuela deseada también deberán completar la porción sobre la Inscripción Abierta si aun no lo han hecho antes.
