  • Construction Newsletter

    • Stay informed about our construction projects by subscribing to our Construction Newsletter or by visiting our Construction Updates page. Both provide transparency in spending and progress with monthly updates following the most recent Board meetings. 
      • Add your Email to our Construction Newsletter mailing list

  • Quarterly Newsletter

    • Provo City School District’s Quarterly Newsletter, covering school programs, district updates, and important information, is mailed and emailed to our BlackBoard directory, providing concise updates on registration, business, building maintenance, and other department communications. Keep an eye out for a Quarterly Newsletter Archive page, which include current and previous Newsletters.

    • PCSD Board of Education Meetings are open to the public and held at the district offices located at 280 W 940 N Provo, UT, 84604 unless otherwise stated.  These meetings are usually held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Exceptions are marked below with (*). No meetings are held in July.

    • Search for active policies, upcoming meeting agendas, and archived meetings at BoardDocs.

• Visit the District Website

  • Our site is the district’s one-stop shop. Explore school, district, and department information and access essential tools and information through our Parent and Community Essentials pages, which feature links to school resources, safety information, employment opportunities, and more.

• Look for District Emails

  • Check your emails and mailbox for newsletters, registration and enrollment information, event teasers, urgency messaging and more.

• Attend Community Meetings

  • • Provo City School District will host community meetings this year to discuss the capital facilities needs of the district.  If you would like to learn more about our facilities, check back to our Capital Facilities home page below, or keep an eye out for promotional emails, mailers, and social media posts in the upcoming year.
