Construction Newsletter
- Stay informed about our construction projects by subscribing to our Construction Newsletter or by visiting our Construction Updates page. Both provide transparency in spending and progress with monthly updates following the most recent Board meetings.

Quarterly Newsletter
- Provo City School District’s Quarterly Newsletter, covering school programs, district updates, and important information, is mailed and emailed to our BlackBoard directory, providing concise updates on registration, business, building maintenance, and other department communications. Keep an eye out for a Quarterly Newsletter Archive page, which include current and previous Newsletters.

PCSD Board of Education Meetings are open to the public and held at the district offices located at 280 W 940 N Provo, UT, 84604 unless otherwise stated. These meetings are usually held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Exceptions are marked below with (*). No meetings are held in July.

Attend Community Meetings

- Provo City School District will host community meetings this year to discuss the capital facilities needs of the district.
