The Provo City School District (PCSD) Diversity and Equity Department requested 250 masks from The Multicultural Advisory Committee of the State of Utah’s Covid-19 Response to be distributed among multicultural communities.
The PCSD Latino Advisory Committee organized the event and distributed the masks to Migrant and Latino families within the district. Every student received two masks and a treat bag. The committee also gave away 100 backpacks with school supplies and 50 hygiene kits.
