This month students learned about different careers that use art. Each grade level did a project from a different career. Kindergarten learned pottery and animation. First grade studied stained glass and Minecraft. Second grade made comic strips. Third grade studied illustrations. The fourth grade had fun learning about fashion design (they even made their designs out of paper and modeled them – this was Mrs. Johnson’s favorite!). Fifth grade studied advertising while sixth grade studied architecture. Our students are ready to go out into the world and make great art!

Especialidades – Arte con la Sra. Johnson

Este mes los estudiantes aprendieron sobre diferentes carreras que utilizan el arte. Cada grado hizo un proyecto de una carrera diferente. El jardín de infancia aprendió cerámica y animación. El primer grado estudió vitrales y Minecraft. Segundo grado hizo tiras cómicas. El tercer grado estudió ilustraciones. El cuarto grado se divirtió aprendiendo sobre el diseño de moda (incluso hicieron sus diseños en papel y los modelaron – ¡este era el favorito de la Sra. Johnson!) El quinto grado estudió la publicidad, mientras que el sexto grado estudió la arquitectura. ¡Nuestros alumnos están listos para salir al mundo y hacer grandes obras de arte!
