Provo City School District is interested in hearing from all secondary students about beginning of the 2020-2021 school year during the COVID-19 pandemic. Any student in 7th through 12th grade is welcome to take the survey below to let the district know their thoughts regarding next school year. The survey will remain open until Sunday, June 28 at 11:59 p.m.
