Lakeview Students Hit the Slopes

Last Week Lakeview students traded out their backpacks for skis and snowboards as they headed to Sundance Mountain Resort.

Fourth grade students spent the day learning how to ski and snowboard with professional ski instructors. This field trip is done annually by several schools within our district and is a great opportunity for students to learn a new skill while bonding with their classmates.

By the end of the morning, the group of 114 students were exhausted from a fun-filled day of hitting the slopes.
