Dixon Paving Project RFP

Provo City School District is requesting bids for the Dixon Middle School Site Improvements project. This project includes demolition of the existing tennis courts, and installation of 47,000 square feet of asphalt, and related concrete flatwork, curb and gutter, and utilities. Questions regarding bid document access should be directed toward Kelly Chappell at kchappell@ensignutah.com with the subject line Dixon Middle School Site Improvements project. A non-mandatory but highly encouraged pre-bid conference will be held via zoom or google meets on Monday June 22, 2020 at 2:00 PM. The link to the pre-bid meeting will be distributed to plan holders 48 hours in advance of the meeting. Sealed bids are due on Thursday June 25, 2020 at 2:00 PM. sharp. Late bids may not be accepted at the Districts discretion. Sealed bids are to be delivered to Provo School District, Attn: Tina Fluehe 280 West 940 North Provo, UT. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond equivalent to 5% of the total bid amount, and contractor qualifications as stated in the bid form. The bid must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Dixon Middle School Site Improvements Project”. The District reserves the right to waive any formalities and accept or reject any bid it deems in its best interest.
