New Lakeview Assistant Principal Announced

Brian Mangum has been announced as the new assistant principal at Lakeview Elementary School. He will fill the position that recently opened when Jamie Davis-Leite was announced as the new principal at Lakeview. He will begin this position on July 1.

Brian comes to Lakeview from Dixon Middle School, where he has worked, and loved every minute of, the last 5 years as the assistant principal.  Before Dixon, Brian was the school facilitator for 3 years at Edgemont Elementary School, and taught science at Timpview High and at Canyon View Middle School. Brian completed a B.A. in science at BYU in 2008 and his M.Ed. in leadership at SUU in 2012. Brian is fluent in Spanish, and loves spending time with his family, sports, and the outdoors. He is very excited to work with all of Lakeview’s students, families, teachers, and staff.
