매년 교사와 학생에게 훌륭한 자원이 되어준 가장 훌륭한 교육 지원 전문가 몇 명을 선정해 상을 수여합니다. 올해도 뛰어난 성과를 보여준 교육 지원 전문가들에게 감사드립니다. 올해의 ESP는 다음과 같습니다:

Forrest Hassell, Instructional Assistant, PE, Canyon Crest Elementary

Forrest builds strong relationships with students and families, shaping a school culture of respect and connection. He learns each student’s name, treats everyone with kindness, and models what it means to care deeply. Students look up to him—not only as a staff member, but as a trusted role model.

Amber Coyne, Wellness Room Coordinator, Lakeview Elementary

Amber Coyne is a steady presence for dozens of students each day. She manages both scheduled and walk-in wellness breaks, offering calm, consistency, and care to up to 70 students daily. Her compassion and reliability uplift the entire school, making her an essential part of the Lakeview team.

Sarah Hill, Interventionist, Lakeview Elementary

Sarah has stepped up in remarkable ways this year. She identifies students needing extra help, then trains and coordinates aides to deliver that support. Always positive and generous with her expertise, Sarah is a kind, steady presence in students’ lives and a trusted support to her colleagues.

Anthony Ricci, Student Family Advocate, Oak Springs

Anthony is a mentor, advocate, and problem-solver. He leads the Check & Connect process and supports staff in mentoring students. He works closely with secondary students, helping them set meaningful goals as they transition back to their home schools. His work changes lives every day.

Julie Beutler, First Grade Aide, Wasatch Elementary

Mrs. Beutler works tirelessly to support every first grader. She manages over 75 students’ baggy books twice a week with careful records, helping teachers track reading progress. She also works one-on-one with students who’ve missed class to help them catch up. Her kindness is unmistakable—students love to share their lives with her because they know she truly cares.

Libby Bushman, Behavioral Specialist, Westridge Elementary

Libby brings endless patience and empathy to her role. She supports students with behavioral needs with firm, steady kindness—whether guiding them through think-sheets or celebrating their growth. She never loses her calm and always keeps students’ well-being at the center of her work.

Larry Cook, Assistant Head Custodian, Centennial Middle

Larry is the heart of Centennial Middle School. His behind-the-scenes work keeps the school safe, clean, and welcoming every day. Known for his kindness and dedication, Larry builds strong relationships with everyone—modeling teamwork, pride, and what it means to care deeply for a school community.

Mylee Reid, Instructional Assistant, Centennial Middle

Mylee brings dedication, insight, and kindness to everything she does. She navigates tough situations with grace and meets each teacher with a fresh, collaborative spirit. Her thoughtful suggestions and steady presence have made a noticeable impact at Centennial.

Raimee Hunt, Financial Secretary, Shoreline Middle

Raimee brings both warmth and professionalism to everything she does. She is kind, approachable, and always clear about expectations—supporting staff and students through every challenge. Her balanced leadership fosters a culture of trust and care. Shoreline thrives because of her steadfast dedication.

Jason Espinoza, Head Custodian, Shoreline Middle

Jason is the reason our building runs smoothly. From keeping Dixon going far past its prime to supporting Shoreline’s transition, he does it all with quiet reliability. He responds to every concern with care and treats his team with respect. He also inspires students with his passion for history, even chaperoning summer trips to Boston and D.C.—showing learning doesn’t end in the classroom.

Lili Lopez, Instructional Assistant, Independence High

Lili’s students know they are loved because she’s always there for them—offering support, encouragement, and a listening ear. She arrives each day with a smile, ready to be a friend to anyone in need. Her love and patience shine through in all she does. Independence is a better place because of the light Lili shares with students and staff alike.

Susan Miles, Tracker, Provo High

Susan balances support and structure to help students stay engaged in their learning. Her consistency earns lasting respect—many students come to thank her as they grow. She brings poise and professionalism to every challenge and is a deeply reliable part of the Provo High team.

Lynell Moore, Work-Based Learning Specialist, Provo High

Lynell’s efforts have expanded internship opportunities from just 6 to over 50 students. She connects with local partners and thoughtfully matches students with career experiences. This year, she organized three major career fairs, bringing in over 50 professionals. Lynell’s reliability and drive are unmatched.

Stephen Ritchie, Senior Network Administrator, Information Technology

Stephen has been a rock through Timpview’s construction chaos—handling both “migrating” and “migraining” systems with professionalism and patience. He stays calm no matter how high tensions rise, always ready to solve problems and answer questions. His steadiness and skill make him an indispensable part of the team.

Jerry Golding, Maintenance Grounds

Jerry is a tireless worker. In the winter, he is out at 4 A.M, clearing the parking lots and ensuring it is safe for students and staff. In the summertime, Jerry can be found mowing all the school’s greenery and making our district look beautiful and clean. Jerry is always willing to teach you how to fix sprinklers and how to get 4-wheelers up and running. He is an amazing employee, and does so much work behind the scenes.
